Board
Kanban view of the shop's status (desktop only)
The Board shows all the shop's devices in columns by status (Waiting → In diagnosis → Quoted → Waiting for parts → In repair → Repaired → Delivery), so you can see at a glance where each one is. It's available on desktop only.
Board columns
Drag to change status
Move a card to another column to change its status. Only valid transitions are allowed; dropping it on "Repaired" notifies the customer by email.
Click to act
Click a card to go straight to the action for its stage: diagnosis and work, quote, or signing the sign-off.
Real-time updates
The board only refreshes every 60 seconds and when you return to the tab, to bring in changes made from another device. You can also force it with the "Refresh" button.
Desktop only
Needs a wide screen to show all 7 columns at once. On mobile or tablet it shows a notice with a button to go back to the Dashboard.
What each card shows
Order number, priority, device brand and model, customer, and days it's been in the shop. Within each column, the oldest ones appear first.
Active repairs only
The 7 columns are the shop's "in progress" statuses. Delivered, cancelled, or beyond-repair repairs don't appear here — check them in History.
