Deliveries
Return process and sign-off signature
When a repair moves to the Awaiting Pickup status, it appears in the deliveries section. When handing over the device, the customer signs the sign-off form from any device.
Notify the customer
When moving to "Repaired", the customer is notified by email (or by WhatsApp if they have no email) that the device is ready for pickup. If you deliver to customers, change that text in Settings → Notifications; and when you mark it as repaired from its page you can tweak it for that repair only.
Review the 4 declarations
Before signing, a few mandatory checkboxes must be ticked: device received correctly, functionality verified, and informed of the warranty. If the customer handed over accessories, a fourth one is added: accessories returned. All the boxes shown are required to confirm.
Sign-off signature
Signed digitally on the computer screen or from a phone. Name and ID are pre-filled from the customer's record, but they're editable — useful if someone else picks up the device (a family member, for example). The ID is only required in countries with an everyday national ID document (DNI, cédula, CI, INE…); where there isn't one, such as the US, Denmark, France or Germany, it can be left blank, and you are never asked for a tax number or a sensitive personal number. In Brazil the CPF is optional too: it is a tax number, and the data protection law (LGPD) asks you to collect only what you need.
Service rating: the day after
It is no longer asked at the counter. 24 hours after delivery, the customer receives by email (or WhatsApp if they have no email) a link to rate the service with 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment, from home and at ease. You can turn it off or change its texts in Settings → Notifications.
Delivered + sign-off by email
The repair moves to "Delivered" and, if the customer has email, the sign-off sheet is sent as a PDF. If sending fails or there's no email, the delivery is still recorded — the PDF can be resent later from the record.
Only while "Awaiting Pickup"
The sign-off link can only be completed while the repair is in that status. Opening it for a repair in any other status shows a notice and doesn't allow signing.
No signature, no delivery
A repair can only be marked as "Delivered" with the signed acceptance form: the manual status change rejects the shortcut with a clear notice. Completing the signature registers the delivery automatically — the normal path does not change.

The Deliveries inbox
Under Deliveries you only see repairs ready for pickup, a separate tab from In progress and History.
Search and priority filter
Search by order number, customer or device, and filter by priority level. Each row has direct phone and email links for the customer.
Days waiting, color-coded
Counts the days since the customer was notified (or since the last status change). Turns amber from 3 days and red from 7, so the oldest pickups stand out.
Sidebar counter
The number of repairs awaiting pickup is also shown as a counter next to the "Deliveries" sidebar link.

Warranty after delivery: green or red LED
When the delivery acceptance is signed, the repair stores how long its warranty lasts: the months you have set in Settings → Documents and, for a vehicle under garage regulations, the mileage too. From then on an LED shows at a glance whether the device is still under your warranty (green) or has expired (red). There is nothing to tick by hand: it is worked out every time you open the screen.
On the repair page
Below the status you will see «Under warranty until 1/12/2027» in green or «Warranty expired on 5/3/2026» in red. For a vehicle that has already covered the warranty mileage, it shows «Warranty expired by mileage» even if the date has not arrived.
In the customer and device history
In the Repairs tab of the customer page and in the latest repairs of the device page, each delivered repair carries a green or red dot next to its status. Hover over it to see the date.
When checking in a device
In New check-in, once you pick the customer, a green box lists the devices still under warranty with a link to their latest repair. The link opens in a new tab so you don't lose the check-in you are filling in. If the customer has none under warranty, nothing is shown.
Ask the assistant
The AI assistant knows it too: ask «is SAT-2026-0118 under warranty?» or «which of Mary Smith's devices are still under warranty?» and it answers with the date and the link.
Which repairs have a warranty
Only delivered ones. Devices returned unrepaired because the customer rejected the quote have no warranty and no LED. The warranty starts on the delivery date; for a vehicle with both a time and a mileage limit (in Spain, 3 months or 2,000 km) it ends with whichever comes first.
Older deliveries: «(estimated)» warranty
Repairs delivered before the warranty was stored at signing are calculated from the delivery date and the warranty months you have set now, and show «(estimated)». If you have changed the months since then, the date may differ from the one the customer signed: when in doubt, check that repair's delivery acceptance sheet.
