Repair history

See all of the customer’s repairs from their profile. Cancelled ones are hidden by default: the “Show cancelled” button reveals them.

Tax ID validation

The system automatically validates the format of the ID document and, as you type, checks in the background whether a customer with that tax ID or email already exists — warning before you create a duplicate.

Custom code

Besides the automatic code (CLI-0001…), you can give each customer your own code in the "Custom code" field when creating or editing them — for example, the one you used in your previous software. It's optional and must be unique within your shop. When set, it's the code shown in the list, the customer page, repairs and estimates, and you can search by it; leave it blank or clear it to use the automatic code. It can also be loaded through CSV import (column codigo_personalizado).

When is it required?

Always for businesses. For individuals it depends on your country: in the US the field is optional — the EIN belongs to the business, and a repair shop should never ask a customer for their Social Security Number. It is also optional across Latin America and in Portugal, where an individual is served as a "final consumer" without being identified. It is only required for everyone where it is needed to invoice any customer, as in Spain.

Address, phone and email are optional: you can register a customer who only leaves their name (plus the tax ID where the country requires one). If any of those is missing, a warning appears on save explaining what you lose —without a city or ZIP code the customer will not show on the map; without a phone number you cannot send WhatsApp messages or notify them automatically when the device is ready— and you can save anyway. Tick "Do not show this warning again" to silence it.

AI-generated rating

Every record shows a 1 to 5 star score on how reliable the customer is, computed automatically by AI. It recalculates itself in the background when you open the record, with a one-line summary.

Deleting means archiving, not erasing

The delete button archives the customer (hidden from the default list) instead of erasing it. It can be restored anytime by turning on the "Archived" filter.
