NIF/CIF/NIE validation

The system automatically validates the format of the ID document and, as you type, checks in the background whether a customer with that NIF/CIF or email already exists — warning before you create a duplicate.

When is it required?

Always for businesses. For individuals it depends on your country: in the US the field is optional — the EIN belongs to the business, and a repair shop should never ask a customer for their Social Security Number. Where the tax ID is a personal document in everyday use, as in Spain or Latin America, it is required.

Quick counter sign-up

Address, phone and email are optional: you can register a customer who only leaves their name (plus the tax ID where the country requires one). If any of those is missing, a warning appears on save explaining what you lose —without a city or ZIP code the customer will not show on the map; without a phone number you cannot send WhatsApp messages or notify them automatically when the device is ready— and you can save anyway. Tick "Do not show this warning again" to silence it.

AI-generated rating

Every record shows a 1 to 5 star score on how reliable the customer is, computed automatically by AI. It recalculates itself in the background when you open the record, with a one-line summary.

Deleting means archiving, not erasing

The delete button archives the customer (hidden from the default list) instead of erasing it. It can be restored anytime by turning on the "Archived" filter.
