Plans and subscription
What each plan includes, the free plan's monthly limit, and how to change plan
Sattotal has a permanent free plan and three paid plans. The free one is not a trial that runs out: you can stay on it as long as you like, with a monthly repair cap and without the payment features. Here is what each plan includes, what happens when you hit the cap, and how to change.
The plans
Every plan includes the core of the shop: repairs, customers, devices, quotes, spare parts, warehouses, suppliers, RMAs and alerts. What changes is the number of technicians, the repair cap, and access to the payment features.

What the free plan includes
Included, with no limit
Customers, devices, repair quotes, spare parts, warehouses, suppliers, RMAs, alerts, messages and the full history. Your data is yours and nobody touches it.
Capped each month
You can create 30 repairs a month. Once you reach that figure, adding new customers pauses too until the following month.
Not included
The point of sale, invoicing, the sales dashboard, the assistant and the daily report need Basic or above. They stay visible in the menu, with a padlock.
The 30 repairs a month limit
The free plan lets you create 30 repairs per calendar month. It counts each repair by its intake date, so what matters is when the device came into the shop, not when the work finished.
It resets by itself on the 1st
The counter goes back to zero on the first day of every month, automatically. Nothing to do and nothing to ask for: on the 1st you have another 30.
It also pauses adding customers
Once you hit the cap you cannot add new customers, neither one by one nor by file import. That is deliberate: a customer you cannot turn into a repair is no use to you. The customers you already have stay intact and editable.
We warn you before you get there
From repair 25 onwards you will see a notice at the end of each intake, telling you how many are left. That way the cut-off does not catch you halfway through a hand-over with the customer in front of you.
What you can do at the cap
A window appears with two ways out: move to Basic and carry on right away, or wait until the 1st of the following month. The window tells you the exact date.
Features that need a paid plan
They show in the menu with a padlock. When you tap them we explain which plan is needed, rather than just hiding them.
Point of sale
Take payments at the counter, open and close the till, and issue sales receipts.
Invoicing and sales
Issue legal invoices, sales quotes and delivery notes, plus the sales dashboard with the shop takings.
Assistant
The helper that answers questions about your shop and reads spec sheets from a photo.
Daily report
The summary of your shop that arrives every morning, with recommendations. The assistant writes it.
The point of sale and invoicing are switched on country by country. If they are not available in your country yet they do not appear in the menu, and changing plan does not switch them on: in that case what Basic gives you is the repair cap.
When your free launch period ends
If you joined the beta or the trial, when it ends your account is not blocked: it moves to the free plan and you carry on working.
Nothing is deleted
Your repairs, customers, photos, quotes and history are all still there, exactly as they were. There is no deletion countdown.
Your invoices stay available
Even with invoicing locked, you can still look up, download as PDF and export the invoices you had already issued. You are legally required to keep them and we do not take them away.
We warn you first
You will get emails 21, 14 and 7 days before the end, and another on the day of the change, explaining what changes.
How to change plan
Open Plans
From the side menu, or from the button on any padlocked window.
Pick the plan
You will see the plans with their price. The change applies straight away.
Done
The padlocks go away and the repair cap stops applying. From this same page you can see your invoices, change plan or cancel whenever you like, with no minimum term.
Only administrators of the organisation can change the plan. If you are a technician or on the front desk you will see the padlock just the same, but you will need to ask an administrator at your shop.
How to cancel your subscription
There is no lock-in and no penalty, and you don't have to email anyone: you cancel from inside the app and it takes effect without waiting for a reply.
Open Plans
From the side menu. At the bottom of the page there is a section called “Invoices and payments”.
Click “Invoices and payments”
The billing window opens with three tabs — Subscription, Invoices and Payments — and your payment method lives there too.
Cancel from the Subscription tab
Next to your current plan you can change it or cancel it. Cancelling deletes nothing: your account moves to the free plan.
When you cancel you keep everything: repairs, customers, devices, photos and history stay exactly where they were, and the invoices you already issued can still be viewed and downloaded. The 30 repairs a month cap comes back, and you lose point of sale, invoicing, the sales dashboard, the assistant and the daily report. Only an administrator can cancel.
