Repair Statuses
The complete lifecycle of a repair
Each repair moves through a series of statuses that reflect where it is in the process. Status changes are recorded in the history with date, time, and the responsible technician.

The "Change Status" button
Opens a dialog with a dropdown that only offers valid transitions from the current status, plus an optional notes field. Each repair also shows a visual 8-step stepper with its progress in the header.
Waiting for parts: a direct switch
Instead of the generic dialog, an amber card appears with a "parts available?" switch that toggles directly between Waiting for Parts and In Repair with one click.
Repaired: a contact reminder
Confirming it shows a dialog with the customer's phone numbers and whether they were notified by email or not, so you can call them if they have no email.
It all stays in History
Each repair's History tab logs every status change with who made it, the exact date and time, and a note (for example, if the change was automatic). From there you can also download or resend the deposit receipt, technical report, and sign-off form over WhatsApp.
