Complete check-in: IMEI, pattern and passwords
When a phone or tablet comes in, you log the IMEI and the customer draws their unlock pattern on the screen; for a computer, you note the device password and the BIOS password. Your tech has everything needed to test it without calling the customer.
The accessories they leave —charger, case, SIM or memory card— are ticked off a list built for each device type and go on the signed intake receipt, along with photos of how it arrived.
