Two ways to create a quote
From an existing repair
On the Quote tab of any repair, click "Create quote" and edit services and parts right there.
From Quotes → New
A 3-step wizard: pick the customer, pick or register the device, and add an optional description. If the device already has an active repair, it takes you straight there instead of creating a duplicate.
Labor services
Add service rates from the catalog (diagnosis, setup, installation...).
Parts and components
Link inventory parts with unit price and anti-fraud serial number.
Editable tax
The percentage is pre-filled from your region, but you can change it per quote — the tax name also varies by country (VAT, GST, IVA...).
Downloadable PDF
Generate the quote PDF to print or send manually.
Sidebar counter
The number of quotes sent without a reply is also shown as a counter next to the "Quotes" sidebar link.
Serial numbers per part
Each part on the quote can carry its own serial number, different from the catalog's generic one. It can be edited at any time from the Quote tab, even after approval — useful as an anti-fraud control on high-value parts (screens, batteries...).
The customer receives an email with a unique link. On clicking Accept or Reject, the quote status updates automatically, with no manual intervention.
The repair status advances on its own
- When you send the quote, the repair moves to Quoted.
- When the customer approves (by email or in person), it moves to In Repair automatically.
- If the customer has no email, you can record their response in person from the Quote tab.
Before sending by email
Set up your organization's email under Settings → Email. If the customer has no email or you'd rather not use it, you can record their approval or rejection in person from the Quote tab, without sending anything.
Quote list
Under Quotes you see every repair with a quote: search by customer, device or number, filter by status, and sort by column. From here you open the detail, download the PDF, or delete pending or rejected quotes.

How your customer sees it
The email link opens a public page, no login required, with the full breakdown and two large buttons to accept or reject. Valid for 7 days from sending.

Repair Quote
Order: OR-2026-0231
This quote is valid for 7 days from the date it was sent.
Sending, approval and editing: what you should know
Send via WhatsApp
From the documents card you can send the quote via WhatsApp: it generates the same acceptance link as email (valid 7 days), marks the quote as sent and moves the repair forward. Ideal for shops that work over WhatsApp.
In-person approval, with confirmation
If the customer approves verbally at the counter, the button asks for confirmation before recording it (it is final and starts the repair) and stores which employee noted it.
Customers see it in their language
The quote page detects the customer’s browser language; if unsupported, it falls back to your organization’s language. No more links in a language your customer cannot read.
Editing returns it to draft
An approved quote cannot be modified. If you edit one already sent, it returns to draft and the previous link is invalidated: the customer can never accept an amount different from the one they received.
