Scanning a repair QR code
The Scan icon in the top bar (on every screen, including your phone) and the "Scan" buttons in Repairs and Deliveries open the camera: point it at the QR code and that repair opens.
The device label
The QR code on the internal label you stick on the device holds its order number. Pick the device off the shelf, scan it and you are on its page.
The customer receipt
It also reads the QR code on the receipt or tracking label the customer takes home. When they come to collect, scan it from Deliveries and go straight to their repair.
No camera, or a barcode scanner
Below the camera you can type the order number. Handheld USB or Bluetooth scanners work there too: they type the code and press Enter for you.
Only your repairs
Only repairs from your shop open; any other QR code tells you it is not a repair. Users without permission to view repairs do not see the button.
