Sattotal digitizes the entire lifecycle of a repair —intake, diagnosis, quotes, photos, signatures, delivery, and customer communication— on a single modern, fast, and easy-to-use platform, so you can put your energy into what truly matters: repairing.

Sattotal is built and maintained by Ismael Cruz Domínguez, a software architect with more than 25 years of experience designing complex systems, today specialized in cloud-native architectures and applied artificial intelligence. He has built complete SaaS platforms from start to finish, from architecture to deployment.

From Settings → Export data you download your whole workshop in standard CSV: customers, repairs, devices, services, visits, invoices, parts and suppliers. And customers, parts and suppliers can be re-imported into another installation.

The system runs automatic backups every day. Your data never depends on a single machine.
