Sattotal is in production and updated every week: early access is the period when you use it in full, for free, while the product grows with feedback from real shops. If you join (until December 31, 2026), you get full, free access until December 31, 2026 and for at least 30 days from sign-up. Anyone who signs up after early access gets a 30-day free trial.

No. Signing up for early access is 100% free and doesn't require entering any credit card. We want you to try Sattotal with no barriers and no commitments.

When your free period ends, you'll be able to choose the plan that best fits your shop's volume (from our Free plan up to Pro plans). All your settings, repair history, stock, and customer database will remain intact so you can keep working as usual.

Security is our number one priority. All information is transmitted encrypted under strict security standards and in compliance with the European GDPR. In addition, the system performs automatic backups every day.

Always. Your workshop's data is yours: from Settings → Export data you download everything you've stored in standard CSV — 9 data types: customers, repairs, devices, services, visits, invoices, parts, suppliers and more — and customers, parts and suppliers can be re-imported into another installation.

The AI assistant answers natural-language questions about your repairs, customers, revenue, and stats, generates reports instantly, alerts you about stalled repairs or nearly full warehouses, and walks you step by step through any feature of Sattotal.

Yes. You can chat with your customers and send them the intake receipt, quote, delivery confirmation, and report as a PDF directly through WhatsApp, with delivery and read status, plus quote approval via a link.

Yes. Sattotal installs as an app on Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac, and Linux: you get its icon on your home screen or desktop, and it opens full screen, without the browser bar. You don't download it from Google Play or the App Store: you install it straight from the browser in a few seconds, it takes up hardly any space, and it's always up to date. It's the same application you use on the computer at the counter, with the same account and the same data.

Yes. With on-site visits you schedule the appointment, the technician logs hours, parts and photos from their phone, and the customer signs the work order on the spot or later through a link. The trip is charged at a flat rate or per kilometer, and if the device has to come into the shop, the repair is created from the visit itself without retyping anything.

Yes. With the “Invite a shop” programme, for every shop that signs up with your code and pays for its plan, your plan drops by 1 € or US$1 a month (or the equivalent in your currency), until it's free. Only paying shops count, for as long as they keep paying, and you need a paid plan yourself. Your code and your referrals are under “Invite and save” in the app.
