Where we've been and where we're going
The workshops we serve
Every trade works differently. We open one at a time, and we only call it open once the product speaks its language: its equipment, its faults and the way work comes through the door.
IT and mobile phone repair
CompletedDecember 2025The trade Sattotal was born for, and the ground everything else was built on.
- Phones, tablets, laptops, desktops and servers, with IMEI, serial number, passcodes and accessories on the record
- Fault catalogue filtered by device type, so the technician isn't scrolling past causes that don't apply
- QR and barcode labels to find any unit on the shelf
- Public QR tracking: the customer sees where their repair stands without calling or signing up
Consumer electronics and home appliances
CompletedAugust and September 2026White goods and household electronics, with what sets them apart: bulky units, on-site call-outs and warranties you need to be able to prove.
- Twelve new equipment types: games consoles, drones, servers, smartwatches, televisions, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves and air conditioning
- Forty-two faults specific to the trade, from an optical drive that won't read to a compressor that won't start or a blocked drain pump
- Quotes approved by email, so there's no second trip just to collect a signature
- Help, documentation, public demo and landing pages, in all twenty languages of the site
Automotive
PlannedNot scheduled yetCar and motorbike garages. The vehicle comes in like any other unit, but with its own check-in, its own record and its own faults.
- Check-in with number plate, VIN and mileage
- Technical data sheet read by AI from a photo or a PDF, with no typing
- A vehicle-specific check-in inspection: whether it starts, fuel level and visible damage
- Mechanical, electrical, bodywork and diagnostic faults, with their own catalogue
- Import of the diagnostic file straight from the garage's own machine
Industrial
PlannedAfter automotiveMachinery maintenance, where the work doesn't wait at a counter: you go to the customer's plant.
- Machines with serial number, running hours and location on the plant floor
- Preventive maintenance contracts, triggered by date or by running hours
- Work carried out at the customer's site, signed off on the spot from a phone
- Spare parts tied to each machine, with its full service history
Electric mobility
PlannedNot scheduled yetE-bikes, scooters and electric motorbikes. The shortest jump from where we stand: batteries, controllers and motors look a lot like what we already handle.
- Batteries with their own serial number, charge cycles and warranty, which rarely matches the vehicle's
- Controller, motor, sensor and brake faults, with their own catalogue
- Service reminders triggered by distance ridden or by months elapsed
- Spare parts by make and model, which in this trade change every season
Catering equipment
PlannedNot scheduled yetCoffee machines, ovens, cold rooms and kitchen equipment. Contract customers and breakdowns that can't wait: if the coffee machine stops, the bar stops.
- Maintenance contracts with scheduled services and included hours
- Urgent call-outs with priority levels and a response commitment
- History per site and per machine, not just per customer
- Work done on site, signed off by the manager there and then
Marine
PlannedNot scheduled yetOutboard engines and marine electronics. Highly seasonal work, where each boat's history is what stops you repeating a diagnosis you've already done.
- Boats with their registration, engine and running hours
- Winterisation and seasonal servicing as scheduled jobs
- Work carried out at the mooring, signed on the spot from a phone
- Engine parts by make and model, with a record of where each one went
Medical and dental equipment
PlannedNot scheduled yetThe most demanding trade on this list: traceability and calibration certificates aren't an extra, and the signed history of every job is worth as much as the repair itself.
- Equipment with serial number, location in the practice and an assigned owner
- Mandatory calibrations and inspections, flagged before they expire
- A signed service certificate filed alongside the repair
- A complete history for every unit, ready to show in an audit
What already works
All of this is in production and in use. It isn't a list of intentions: it's what has actually shipped since day one.
The core of the workshop
December 2025 – March 2026- The full repair lifecycle, with clear statuses and a board you drag jobs across
- Customers and equipment with tax ID validation
- Quotes the customer approves from their inbox, with a record of who accepted and when
- Handover with an on-screen signature and a PDF receipt
- Warehouses with zones, shelves and an automatic suggestion of where each unit should go
- Photos of the unit from a phone, including HEIC files from an iPhone
Security, properly
February 2026- Every piece of incoming data validated before it reaches the database
- Isolation between workshops checked endpoint by endpoint
- Rate limiting and a security event log
- Automated tests that verify one workshop cannot see another's data
Talking to the customer
June and July 2026- Inbound and outbound email, with conversations kept inside the repair itself
- WhatsApp built in: chat on the job, document sending and quote approval
- Automatic updates to the customer when their repair changes status
- A review request twenty-four hours after handover, without anyone having to ask
AI that does actual work
July and August 2026- An assistant that answers in plain language about repairs, customers, stock and invoicing
- The equipment record filled in by pointing the camera at the label
- Supplier invoices read from a PDF or a photo, line by line, reviewed before anything is saved
- A daily business report with a health score worked out from data, not guessed
- Automatic scoring of customers and suppliers from their history
The whole business, not just the bench
July and August 2026- Point of sale with cash drawer, counts, daily closes, multiple terminals and thermal receipts
- Customer and supplier invoicing, credit notes and payment tracking
- Sales quotes and delivery notes that really do take stock down, and convert into an invoice
- A sales dashboard with revenue, best sellers and a quarterly tax estimate
- RMA: returning faulty parts to the supplier, with its own tracking
- Serialised stock, transfers between warehouses and CSV import
Genuinely international
July and August 2026- Nineteen interface languages and twenty markets
- Taxes, tax identifiers and warranty rules specific to each country, verified one by one
- Veri*Factu electronic invoicing in Spain, with certificate handling and filing to the tax authority
- Landing pages written for each market, not translated word for word
Control, permissions and transparency
August and September 2026- Per-module permissions at three levels for each technician: no access, read only or full access
- Pending-item badges in the menu, so you don't have to go looking
- A public demo with realistic data, no signup and no card
- Export all your data whenever you want, as re-importable CSV
What we're working on now
POS and invoicing in more countries
InternationalIn progressWe open them market by market.
Point of sale and invoicing are already live in nineteen countries. We're switching on the rest one at a time, as each market is signed off. Until then the module is visible but not active, so you know it exists and it's coming.
Sales dashboard outside Spain
InternationalIn progressWith each country's correct tax model.
The sales dashboard, with its quarterly tax estimate, is currently live in Spain only. The delicate part isn't the chart, it's that the tax figures are the right ones for each country: that's why we enable it country by country, after checking it, and never ship a tax model we haven't verified.
This roadmap is indicative and moves with what workshops actually need. Anything marked as completed is in production today; anything marked as next or planned can be reordered if you tell us something else is more urgent.
Missing something?
This roadmap is ordered by the workshops that use it. Tell us what yours needs: if enough people ask for it, it moves up.
