Your catalog of labor and services with prices
Services are the work you charge for (labor, installation, diagnostics, setup…). By keeping them in a catalog with their price, adding them to an estimate is a single click and always at the same amount.
Catalog with fixed categories
Add each service with a name, code, category (Labor, Setup, Installation, Diagnosis or Other — a fixed dropdown, not free text) and sale price (excluding tax). Searchable and filterable.
Straight to the quote
When creating a quote, you pick services from the catalog and the total is calculated automatically.
With optional supplier
If a service is provided by a third party, you can link it to an existing supplier or create a new one without leaving the form.
Sale price only
Unlike parts, a service doesn't carry a cost price — you only set the sale price, since labor has no "supplier cost" to track.
Deleting means archiving
Just like parts, customers or devices, deleting a service deactivates it (it isn't really erased) — it stops showing in the catalog but doesn't break quotes that already used it.
