Sattotal goes Valencian, right down to your customer documents
The app, the website and the docs are now available in Valencian, and shops in the Valencian Community can give customers their intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, report and notices in Valencian, with invoices left untouched.
Valencian, co-official with Spanish in Spain’s Valencian Community, is now a complete Sattotal language, written to the standard of the Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua: the whole app, the public website and the documentation, taking the interface to 26 languages. The region’s consumer statute (Legislative Decree 1/2019 of the Consell, article 8) gives customers the right to use either official language when they buy goods or services, so a shop in Valencia, Alicante or Castellón can now produce everything the customer receives in Valencian.
Getting started
Pick Valencià in the language selector
From then on every menu, screen and message in the app is shown in Valencian.
Open Settings → Documents
If your shop is in the Valencian Community, you’ll see «Customer document language». Select Valencià and the intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages are generated in Valencian.
Adapt your warranty and terms
Like the privacy notice, they print with the wording saved on that same page; to have them in Valencian, rewrite them there in Valencian.
Each option stands on its own and neither turns on by itself: staff can work in Spanish while customers get Valencian paperwork, or the other way round. Invoices keep coming out exactly as before.
