Sattotal comes to Andorra and speaks Catalan to your customers
Andorra is country 59. Your team works in Spanish while customers get everything in Catalan, including invoices and sales receipts, as Andorran law requires.
You can now pick Andorra as your organization’s country. Many repair shops in the Principality work in Spanish, yet Andorra’s 2024 language law (Llei 6/2024, article 23.4) requires estimates, receipts, invoices and other commercial paperwork to be issued in Catalan. Sattotal splits the two: the screens stay in Spanish and everything handed to the customer comes out in Catalan.
What you get when you choose Andorra
Customer paperwork in Catalan
Intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages. Invoicing and POS are available in Andorra, so invoices and sales receipts are produced in Catalan too.
NRT and 4.5% IGI
Business NRT numbers are validated when saved; walk-in customers are never asked for theirs. The 4.5% general indirect tax (IGI) is set up out of the box.
Parishes from the postal code
Type AD500 and the address fills in Andorra la Vella; AD700 gives Escaldes-Engordany.
The Catalan legal texts follow Andorra’s consumer protection law (Llei 13/2013): the shop is liable when the service doesn’t conform, faults in the first six months are presumed to have existed already, and fixing them is free and pauses the warranty period.
Spanish shops in Catalonia can issue their customer documents in Catalan too, with a new optional setting under Settings → Documents.
