Sattotal now speaks Basque, customer documents included
The whole app, the website and the docs are now in Basque, and shops in the Basque Country and Navarre can send the intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, report and notices in Basque. Invoices stay the same.
Basque (Euskara) is now a full Sattotal language: the entire app, the public website and the documentation are available in standard Basque, bringing the interface to 25 languages. On top of that, the Basque Country’s consumer statute (Ley 6/2003, article 37) gives customers the right to deal with businesses in either official language, so shops in Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, as well as Navarre, can now produce everything the customer receives in Basque.
What you can do
Switch the app to Basque
Pick Euskara in the language selector and every screen, menu and message in the app appears in Basque.
Go to Settings → Documents
If your shop’s address is in the Basque Country or Navarre, you’ll find «Customer document language». Choose Euskara and the intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages go out in Basque.
Write your own texts in Basque
Warranty, terms and privacy print with whatever wording you have on that page, so write them in Basque there if you want them in Basque.
The two settings are independent: your team can keep working in Spanish while customers get their documents in Basque. Nothing changes until you choose it, and invoices are left as they are.
