Shops in Galicia can now issue customer documents in Galician

If your shop is in Galicia, the intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, technical report and notices can go out in Galician. Your dashboard stays in Spanish and invoices don’t change.

Galicia’s consumer protection law (Lei 2/2012, articles 11 and 46) gives customers the right to use either of the region’s two official languages. Shops in A Coruña, Lugo, Ourense and Pontevedra can now have Sattotal produce everything the customer receives in Galician.

How to turn it on

1

Open Settings → Documents

With your shop’s address in Galicia, the «Customer document language» card appears.

2

Choose Galego

Intake receipt, estimate, delivery sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp notices switch to Galician.

3

Check your legal texts

Warranty, terms and privacy print exactly as written on that page, so translate them if you want them in Galician too.

It’s optional and invoices are unaffected. Shops in Catalonia have the same option for Catalan.
