Sattotal now works in Lithuania
Country 56, and the first in the Baltics. It brings something no other country had: the shop runs the app in English, while its customers get everything in Lithuanian.
Lithuania can now be selected as your organization’s country, bringing Sattotal to 56 — and it is the first Baltic country. The number is not the story, though. Since January 1, 2026, Article 7¹ of Lithuania’s State Language Law (Valstybinės kalbos įstatymas) requires consumer information to be given in Lithuanian. So Sattotal now has a document language per country: a Lithuanian shop uses the app in English, and everything its customers receive comes out in Lithuanian, whatever language the employee works in.

The intake receipt, the repair quote, the delivery sign-off, the technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages are all generated in Lithuanian. Your team’s interface does not change, and nothing changes for any other country.
21% PVM and the euro
Lithuania’s standard sales tax is PVM, at 21%, and the currency is the euro. Both apply to your quotes automatically once you pick the country.
Įmonės kodas and 60 municipalities
The company code (Įmonės kodas) and the VAT number are checked against their check digit. Individual customers are never asked for their personal ID code, which the law protects. Addresses use the 60 municipalities (savivaldybės).
The legal texts are written in Lithuanian and on Lithuanian law. They cite Articles 6.672 to 6.680 of the Civil Code (Civilinis kodeksas), which govern work contracts with consumers. Take a device that is never picked up: written notice, and after two months the shop may sell it at a reasonable price and deposit the balance in the customer’s name (Art. 6.679). Complaints are answered within 14 days under Article 21 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, with VVTAT as the consumer authority, and the texts already reflect the 2026 right-to-repair changes (Law XV-779, in force since July 31).
For now, invoicing and point of sale stay off in Lithuania. Repairs, quotes, customers and customer documents work in full from day one.
To switch it on, go to Settings → Organization and pick Lithuania. Tax, currency, the tax ID label, the municipalities and the document language adjust on their own, and you can always edit the texts under Settings → Documents.
