Supplier type

Classify each supplier as General, Product, Service, Logistics or Other, so you can later analyse spending by category.

Multiple contact people

Add as many contacts as you need (sales, admin, customer service...), each with their name, role, phone and email. Tap a card to edit it or its bin icon to delete it, with confirmation.

Linked to inventory

From a part or service, you can see at a glance which supplier provides it and open their record directly.

Payment method and terms

Choose the payment method from a fixed list (transfer, cash, card, PayPal, Stripe or other) and the terms in days, to keep your conditions with each one clear.

Customer account and bank accounts

Save your customer account number with that supplier (the one they assign you) and their bank accounts for transfers — you can add more than one, each with its bank name and IBAN.

Add one from a photo or PDF using AI

Upload a photo or PDF of any document from the supplier (invoice, delivery note, business card...) and the assistant fills in the name, tax ID, address and bank accounts automatically. If a supplier with that data already exists, it warns you instead of creating a duplicate.
