Getting Started
Sign up with just a name — the rest is asked for only when it's actually needed
To get going you only need to create your organization with a name: you land straight on the dashboard and can register clients and repairs from the first minute. There is no mandatory wizard — the rest of the setup is requested right when it's needed, in a dialog that saves the data and lets the action carry on where it left off.
1 · Create your organization
Just the shop name. Once created you land directly on the dashboard, with your trial period active, and can start working without filling in anything else.
2 · Company details, when needed
Tax ID, email, phone, and address are requested in a dialog when you take a payment at the POS, issue an invoice, or open the sales panel: they are the details printed on those documents. Once saved, the action carries on by itself.
3 · Email on the first send
When you send your first email to a client (quote, check-in receipt, ticket…) without email configured, a dialog lets you choose SMTP, Gmail, or Outlook and test the connection before saving; the send then goes out automatically.
4 · Taxes and documents, on their own
Saving your tax ID initializes your country's tax configuration (VAT, IGV…), and the legal texts (warranty, disclaimer, terms) come with ready-to-use defaults. Review and adjust them in Settings whenever you like.
5 · The bell keeps you on track
The dashboard's notification icon reminds you of what's pending — incomplete company details, unconfigured email, taxes or documents to review — with a direct link to each screen.
6 · Everything lives in Settings
Prefer to set everything up from the start? In Settings you can complete company details and logo, mail server, taxes, documents, and team without waiting for the app to ask.
Contextual dialogs only appear when data is missing, and you can cancel them without losing anything: the pending action resumes automatically as soon as you save the requested information.
