Dashboard

Real-time overview of the shop

The dashboard is the panel's home page: it gives a real-time view of the whole shop, from active repairs and revenue to warehouse occupancy and where your customers are. Data is recalculated automatically every 60 seconds while the tab is open, so there's no need to refresh the page manually.

Main indicators

Active repairs

Devices currently in progress in the shop: waiting, diagnosis, in repair, or waiting for parts. The subtitle shows how many came in today.

Ready for pickup

Finished repairs waiting for the customer to come and collect them.

Alerts

Repairs that have been in the shop or warehouse for longer than they should and need attention. Thresholds are set in Settings → Alerts.

Total repairs

The complete history of every order registered in the shop, with direct access to the list.

Revenue this month

Total value of quotes for repairs delivered during the current month.

Average ticket

Average amount per repair delivered this month: this month's revenue divided by the number of deliveries.

Warehouse capacity

Percentage of occupied slots on warehouse shelves. Shown in red if it goes over 80% occupancy, with a link to the warehouse map.

Average repair time

Average number of days between a device coming in and being delivered to the customer.

Map and service quality

Customer zone map

Plots customers with repairs from the chosen period (this month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or the whole history) geographically, grouped in clusters. A central marker shows the shop's address, and it can be expanded to full screen.

Completion rate

Percentage of repairs already finished (delivered, cancelled, or irreparable) that have also been delivered to the customer.

Quote approval rate

Percentage of quotes accepted versus rejected, along with the number of quotes still awaiting a response.

Bottlenecks

A summary of what's currently holding the shop back: repairs waiting for parts, quotes without a response, and active alerts.

Analysis and lists

Top repaired devices

The device types most repaired in the shop (mobile phone, laptop, computer...), compared in bars.

Priority breakdown

Active repairs split by urgency level: urgent, high, normal, or low.

Repairs in the last 30 days

A chart of daily check-ins over the last month, with one line per device type.

Activity over the last year

A heatmap of daily check-in activity over the last 365 days, similar to GitHub's contribution graph.

Breakdown by status

Active repairs grouped by their current status; each row links to the repair list filtered by that status.

Pending pickup

Finished repairs that have been waiting longest for the customer to come and collect them.

Latest check-ins

The 5 most recent repairs, with a quick-actions menu to view the full record or change the status without leaving the dashboard.

Data is recalculated automatically every 60 seconds while the browser tab is visible; there's no need to refresh the page manually.

From the three-dot menu on each repair in "Latest check-ins" you can change the status directly, without needing to open the full record.

Customise the layout

Since July 2026 the dashboard is fully customisable: you can move every widget and, on desktop, also resize it, so the numbers you care about most are always at the top. Your arrangement is saved automatically and doesn't affect the rest of your team: each person organises their own dashboard.

1

Open the padlock

Click the padlock icon in the dashboard header. Widgets enter edit mode: each one shows a handle at the top and its content is temporarily disabled while you edit.

2

Move the widgets

Drag any widget by its handle and drop it wherever you want; the rest rearrange themselves. Works on desktop, tablet and mobile.

3

Resize (desktop only)

Drag the bottom-right corner of a widget to make it larger or smaller. Content-heavy widgets (tables, charts, the map) have a minimum size so they never break.

4

Close the padlock when you're done

Click the padlock again to lock the layout. Widgets get their normal interactivity back: links, action menus and map zoom.

Saved automatically

Every change is saved instantly in this device's browser. Next time you open the page you'll see your arrangement; on another computer or browser you'll see the original layout.

One layout per screen size

Desktop, tablet and mobile keep independent arrangements: reordering widgets on your phone doesn't change how they look on your computer.

Reset layout

With the padlock open, a "Reset layout" button appears. After asking for confirmation, it discards your custom arrangement and the panel returns to the original layout.

Also in the Sales Panel

The Summary tab of the Sales Panel has its own padlock and stores its arrangement separately from the dashboard's.

Choose which widgets are shown

Besides moving and resizing, you can decide which cards and charts appear on your dashboard. The slider-control icon next to the padlock opens a panel with every widget grouped by category — Stats and KPIs, Map/charts and lists, RMA, Parts and stock, WhatsApp, Sales, History, and Daily Report — based on what your account has enabled and permitted. Everything starts checked.

1

Open the widgets panel

Click the slider-control icon next to the "Customise layout" padlock. A side panel opens with the full widget list, grouped by category.

2

Check or uncheck each one

Every widget has its own checkbox; uncheck it to hide it from the dashboard instantly, with nothing extra to save.

3

"Show all" at the bottom of the panel

Brings back every widget you've hidden in one go. Asks for confirmation before applying it.

Disabled while you're editing the layout

While the position/size padlock is open, the widgets button appears disabled: close it first. Changing what's shown at the same time everything's positions are being recalculated could make a widget lose its saved spot, so the system keeps both modes separate to avoid the conflict.

Saved on this device

Just like the layout arrangement, which widgets you've hidden is saved in this device's browser — it's not a preference shared with the rest of the team.

New: Historical Evolution chart

A new dashboard card, "Historical Evolution," lets you pick a metric from a dropdown and plots its day-by-day value, drawn from the daily snapshots the system already keeps for your organisation.

Pick the metric from the dropdown

Active repairs and revenue (30 days) are always available; if your organisation has RMA, Parts and stock, WhatsApp, or Sales enabled, you'll also get open RMA cases, RMA needing attention, low-stock parts, inventory value, WhatsApp messages, and sales revenue. Only the metrics for the areas you have access to are offered.

Last 90 days

One point per day with an available snapshot, going back up to 90 days. If your shop has only recently started using Sattotal, you'll see fewer points until enough history builds up.
