Alerts
Automatic shop notification system
The alerts system automatically detects situations that require attention and shows them on the dashboard and in the alerts section.
Workshop Alerts
Devices that have been in the workshop for more than 12 days without moving to repaired. Critical: more than 15 days.
⚠ Warning: 12 days · 🚨 Critical: 15 days
Warehouse Alerts
Repaired devices that have been waiting more than 25 days for the customer to come pick them up.
⚠ Warning: 25 days · 🚨 Critical: 30 days
Quote Alerts
Sent quotes that have been waiting more than 7 days for a customer response.
📋 Warning: 7 days without a response
RMA Alerts
Supplier returns (RMA) that have gone too long without progressing: open without being sent, sitting with the supplier, quoted without a decision, or resolved without the part coming back. Unlike the others, these don't get a card on this page — they show up in the notification bell and as a counter next to the "RMA" side menu link, and link straight to the RMA list, filtered to the ones needing attention.
📦 Open: 7 days · 🚚 With supplier: 20 days · 💬 Quoted: 5 days · 📥 Resolved: 15 days
Every threshold is configurable
The warning days and turning each alert type on or off are set per organisation from Settings → Notifications. The figures above are the defaults.
Dismissing is temporary
The ✕ button hides an alert for 24 hours, only in your browser — it doesn't fix the underlying issue. If the repair is still in the same situation the next day, the alert reappears.
Side menu counter
The total of workshop, warehouse, and quote alerts is also shown as a counter next to the "Alerts" side menu link, in addition to the dashboard and the bell.
Full context on every alert
Every card includes the order number, status, customer with a direct phone number, the device's physical location if recorded, and the intake photos — all without leaving the list, with direct access to the repair.
