Sattotal now available in Valencian, from the app to the drop-off receipt

Valencian joins Sattotal as a complete language, and repair centres in the Valencian Community can give customers their drop-off receipt, quote, collection sign-off, report and notices in Valencian. Invoices don’t change.

From today you can use Sattotal entirely in Valencian, the co-official language of Spain’s Valencian Community, written to the Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua standard. The app, public site and documentation are all covered, bringing the interface to 26 languages. The region’s consumer law (Legislative Decree 1/2019 of the Consell, article 8) entitles customers to use either official language in consumer dealings, so repair centres in Valencia, Alicante and Castellón can now generate all their customer paperwork in Valencian.

Setting it up

1

Choose Valencià in the language selector

Menus, screens and messages throughout the app then switch to Valencian.

2

Go to Settings → Documents

With a shop address in the Valencian Community, «Customer document language» appears. Choose Valencià and the drop-off receipt, quote, collection sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages come out in Valencian.

3

Review your warranty and terms

These, along with the privacy text, print exactly as saved on that page; rewrite them there if you’d like them in Valencian as well.

The two settings are separate and both optional: staff can carry on in Spanish while customers receive Valencian paperwork. Invoices stay exactly as they are.
