Customer paperwork in Galician for repair shops in Galicia
Shops in Galicia can issue the drop-off receipt, quote, collection sign-off, technical report and notices in Galician, while staff keep working in Spanish.
Under Galicia’s consumer act (Lei 2/2012), customers may use either official language in their dealings with businesses. Repair centres in A Coruña, Lugo, Ourense and Pontevedra can now opt to have Sattotal generate customer paperwork in Galician.
Switching it on
Go to Settings → Documents
If the shop’s address is in Galicia, you’ll see «Customer document language».
Pick Galego
Drop-off receipt, quote, collection sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages come out in Galician.
Review your legal wording
Warranty, terms and privacy texts print as written on that page; translate them if you’d like them in Galician.
Optional, and invoices stay as they are. Shops in Catalonia can do the same with Catalan.
