Basque arrives in Sattotal, including customer paperwork
The app, website and documentation are now in Basque, and shops in the Basque Country and Navarre can issue the drop-off receipt, quote, collection sign-off, report and notices in Basque.
Basque has joined Sattotal as a complete language: the full app, the public site and the documentation are in standard Basque, taking the interface to 25 languages. In Spain, the Basque consumer statute (Ley 6/2003, article 37) entitles customers to use either official language with businesses, so repair centres in Araba, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Navarre can now have all their customer paperwork generated in Basque.
How it works
Use the app in Basque
Select Euskara in the language selector and the whole app switches to Basque.
Open Settings → Documents
With a shop address in the Basque Country or Navarre, you’ll see «Customer document language». Pick Euskara and the drop-off receipt, quote, collection sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages come out in Basque.
Put your own wording into Basque
Warranty, terms and privacy texts print exactly as entered on that page; rewrite them in Basque if you’d like them in Basque.
The settings work separately: staff can carry on in Spanish while customers receive Basque paperwork. Nothing switches over unless you choose it, and invoices are unaffected.
