Sattotal now works in Lithuania

Country 56, and the first in the Baltics. It brings something no other country had: the repair shop runs the app in English, while its customers get everything in Lithuanian.

Lithuania can now be selected as your organisation’s country, bringing Sattotal to 56 and to the Baltics for the first time. The reason it matters to anyone running the app in English is language. Since 1 January 2026, Article 7¹ of the State Language Law (Valstybinės kalbos įstatymas) requires consumer information to be given in Lithuanian. So Sattotal now has a document language per country: the shop keeps working in English, and everything its customers receive is produced in Lithuanian, whichever language the member of staff uses.

What Lithuania brings

1

Customer documents in Lithuanian

The deposit receipt, the repair quote, the collection sign-off, the technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages are all generated in Lithuanian. The team’s interface stays in English, and no other country is affected.

2

21% PVM and the euro

Lithuanian VAT is called PVM and the standard rate is 21%, in euros. Both are applied to your quotes as soon as you pick the country.

3

Įmonės kodas and 60 municipalities

The company code (Įmonės kodas) and the VAT number are validated against their check digit. Private customers are never asked for their personal code, which is protected by law. Addresses use the 60 municipalities (savivaldybės).

The legal texts are written in Lithuanian and on Lithuanian law, not on the UK statutes the interface language might suggest. They cite Articles 6.672 to 6.680 of the Civil Code (Civilinis kodeksas) on consumer contracts for work. For an uncollected device: written notice, and after two months the shop may sell it at a reasonable price and deposit the balance in the customer’s name (Art. 6.679). Complaints are answered within 14 days under Article 21 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, with VVTAT as the consumer authority, and the 2026 right-to-repair changes (Law XV-779, in force since 31 July) are already reflected.

For now, invoicing and point of sale stay off in Lithuania. Repairs, quotes, customers and customer documents work in full from day one.

To switch it on, go to Settings → Organisation and pick Lithuania. Tax, currency, the tax identifier label, the municipalities and the document language adjust on their own, and you can always edit the texts under Settings → Documents.
