Sattotal now installs like an app, no app store needed
Its own icon on your home screen or desktop, full screen and always up to date. It installs from the browser in seconds, on your mobile, tablet and computer.
Plenty of shops have asked us: “Do you have an app?” Until now the answer was “It works in your browser.” From today there's a better one: Sattotal installs like any other app on the technician's mobile, the tablet at the counter and the computer, and it opens with its own icon, in its own window and without the browser's address bar.

How to install it on each device
Android
In Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet: browser menu → “Install app”. Or easier still: tap the “Install” button on the banner you'll see at the top of the Dashboard.
iPhone and iPad
Share button → “Add to Home Screen” → “Add”. It works in Safari and, from iOS 16.4 onwards, in Chrome and Edge too.
Windows, Linux and Chromebook
In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon in the address bar or the “Install” button on the Dashboard banner.
Mac
In Safari, File menu → “Add to Dock…”. In Chrome and Edge, it's the same as on Windows.

It isn't on Google Play or the App Store, and it doesn't need to be: it installs from the browser, asks for no permissions, takes up hardly any space and updates itself. If you see a Sattotal app in a store, it isn't ours.
Uninstalling it doesn't delete anything. It only removes the icon from that device: your repairs, customers and invoices are still in Sattotal, and you can sign in from the browser or install it again whenever you like.
The installed app opens straight onto the Dashboard; if you aren't signed in, it takes you to the sign-in page first and then on to the Dashboard. It's the same application, with the same account and the same data, so it needs an internet connection. It's available on every plan, including the free one, and you can install it on as many devices as you like. The help section has the steps to install and uninstall it on each system.
