Sattotal adds Basque for the app and customer documents
Basque is now a complete Sattotal language, and repair shops in the Basque Country and Navarre can give customers their receipt, quote, collection form, report and updates in Basque.
From today, Sattotal is fully translated into Basque: the app, the public website and the documentation, for a total of 25 interface languages. Spain’s Basque consumer statute of 2003 lets customers use either official language with businesses, so shops in Araba, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Navarre can now have their customer documents produced in Basque.
Getting set up

Choose Euskara and the full app is shown in Basque.
Settings → Documents
Shops with an address in the Basque Country or Navarre will see the «Customer document language» option. Select Euskara for receipts, quotes, collection forms, technical reports, emails and WhatsApp updates in Basque.
Your legal texts
Warranty, terms and privacy are printed as written on that page, so translate them into Basque if needed.
Both options are voluntary and separate from each other, and invoices are not affected.
