Valencian now available in Sattotal and on customer documents
Sattotal has added Valencian as a complete language, and repair shops in Valencia, Alicante and Castellón can now give customers their receipt, quote, collection form, report and updates in Valencian.
Sattotal is now fully translated into Valencian, the co-official language of the Valencian Community in Spain: app, public website and documentation, for 26 interface languages in all. Under the region’s consumer statute (Legislative Decree 1/2019, article 8), customers may use either official language with businesses, so shops in Valencia, Alicante and Castellón can have their customer documents produced in Valencian.
How to switch it on
Language selector
Select Valencià to see the whole app in Valencian.
Settings → Documents
For shops with an address in the Valencian Community, the «Customer document language» option is shown. Choose Valencià for receipts, quotes, collection forms, technical reports, emails and WhatsApp updates in Valencian.
Warranty and terms
These texts and the privacy notice print as written on that page, so rewrite them in Valencian if you need to.
Neither option is switched on automatically, they work independently of each other, and invoices stay the same.
