Vilnius is the capital and the place where a repair counter is most likely to be staffed by people who work in English, whether they moved here for the job or simply prefer it. The customers on the other side of the counter, though, are entitled to be informed in Lithuanian.
Since 1 January 2026 that is not a courtesy but a legal requirement. Translating each quote and intake note by hand is slow and error-prone, and a document the customer cannot read is a weak basis for any later disagreement about what was agreed.
Sattotal splits the two sides cleanly. Your technicians use the English interface; the intake sheet, the quote, the delivery sign-off and the technical report are generated in Lithuanian. Every device keeps its IMEI and photos, and 21% PVM and the euro are already set.
Customer paperwork in Lithuanian
Your team works in English, while the intake sheet, the quote, the delivery sign-off and the technical report your customer receives come out in Lithuanian, as the State Language Law has required for consumer information since 1 January 2026.
Notices in the customer’s language
Status emails and WhatsApp messages to the customer are sent in Lithuanian too, so nothing you send needs rewriting by hand.
Tickets with IMEI and photos
Each device is booked in with its IMEI or serial, brand, model and condition, plus intake photos, so two similar phones never get swapped.
Quotes approved before work starts
The customer accepts the quote remotely and the approval is stored with its date, ready if the price is ever questioned.

Frequently asked questions
Is it a good fit for a repair shop in Vilnius?
Yes. Sattotal runs in the browser, so a shop in Vilnius can handle intakes, quotes and handovers from a computer at the counter or a phone at the bench, with nothing to install.
Why does the customer get Lithuanian documents if the app is in English?
Because since 1 January 2026 article 7¹ of the State Language Law requires information for consumers to be in Lithuanian. Sattotal keeps the two apart: your staff use the English interface, and everything addressed to the customer — intake sheet, quote, delivery sign-off, technical report, emails and WhatsApp messages — is generated in Lithuanian.
Do I have to ask private customers for their personal code?
No, and Sattotal never asks for it. The asmens kodas is protected by law, so private customers are recorded by name and contact details. For businesses you can store the Įmonės kodas and the PVM number, both validated with their check digit.
What can I do with a device nobody collects?
Article 6.679 of the Civil Code sets the route: notify the customer in writing and, once two months have passed, you may sell the item at a reasonable price and deposit the balance in the customer’s name. Sattotal keeps a dated record of every notice you send.
How quickly must I answer a complaint?
Within 14 days, under article 21 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law; unresolved disputes can go to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT). The repair history, photos and approved quote are what you answer with.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start without paying, and plans are priced per technician when you add staff.
