Repair shop software in Lithuania

An English interface for your team and Lithuanian documents for your customers, as the State Language Law requires since 1 January 2026.

Many repair shops in Lithuania run in English day to day, because of who works at the bench or simply because the tools they use are in English. Since 1 January 2026, though, article 7¹ of the State Language Law requires information for consumers to be given in Lithuanian.

That leaves a gap between the language the shop works in and the language the customer must receive. Rewriting every intake note, quote and message by hand takes time, introduces mistakes and makes it harder to prove later what the customer was told and what they agreed to.

Sattotal closes that gap. Staff use the English interface, while the deposit receipt, the repair quote, the delivery sign-off, the technical report, customer emails and WhatsApp messages are generated in Lithuanian. Around it you get the whole repair flow: IMEI and photos at intake, quotes approved by the customer, parts and stock, and signed handovers, set up with 21% PVM and the euro.

Two languages, one workflow

English for the people at the counter and the bench, Lithuanian for every document and message the customer receives, without translating anything yourself.

Company codes validated

The 9-digit Įmonės kodas and the PVM number (LT plus 9 or 12 digits) are checked against their check digit before they are saved.

No personal code for private customers

The asmens kodas is protected by law, so Sattotal never asks private customers for it.

Addresses by municipality

Addresses follow the 60 municipalities (for example Vilniaus m. sav.) and the LT-01109 postcode format.

Approved quotes and signed handovers

The customer approves the quote before work starts and signs on screen at collection; both are kept with the repair.

Parts, stock and customer history

Know what is in stock, what is on order and everything a customer has brought in before.

Frequently asked questions

Why Lithuanian documents when the software is in English?

Because the law says so. Since 1 January 2026 article 7¹ of the State Language Law requires information for consumers to be in Lithuanian. Sattotal lets your team keep working in English while the customer-facing documents and messages come out in Lithuanian automatically.

Which documents are generated in Lithuanian?

The deposit receipt or intake sheet, the repair quote, the delivery sign-off, the technical report, and the emails and WhatsApp messages sent to the customer.

Which consumer rules apply to repairs in Lithuania?

Repairs for consumers fall under the works contract provisions of the Civil Code, articles 6.672 to 6.680. If a device is not collected, article 6.679 allows you, after written notice and two months, to sell it at a reasonable price and deposit the balance in the customer’s name. Complaints must be answered within 14 days under article 21 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the authority is the VVTAT.

Does it validate Lithuanian company and PVM numbers?

Yes. The Įmonės kodas (9 digits) and the PVM number (LT followed by 9 or 12 digits) are validated with their check digit. Private customers are never asked for their asmens kodas.

Does it cover phones and computers?

Yes: phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, consoles and more, each with its IMEI or serial number, brand, model and photos.

Can I start for free?

Yes. There is a free plan to get going, and per-technician pricing as the team grows.
