Malta is a small market where reputation travels fast. A repair shop in Valletta, Sliema or Birkirkara lives on regulars and referrals, and a single mishandled handover is heard about across the island.
Most technicians start with a notebook or a spreadsheet, and it works until it does not. Then the gaps show: which quote was actually approved, which warranty is still running, and what stage a device is at when the customer calls to ask.
Sattotal brings the whole flow together and arrives configured for Malta: 18% VAT, amounts in euro (€) and the VAT Registration Number on your paperwork. You log the device with its IMEI and photos, email the quote for approval, track parts and warranties, and hand back with a signature and a PDF receipt.

Frequently asked questions
Does it use Maltese VAT, or UK VAT?
Maltese. Even though the interface is in British English, Malta has its own configuration: 18% VAT and euro (€), not 20% and pounds. Choose Malta as your business country and everything follows.
What does Maltese law say about guarantees?
Part X of the Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378) makes the seller liable for any lack of conformity appearing within two years of delivery, and a fault appearing in the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery. Sattotal already states this on your documents.
Does it cover phones and computers?
Yes. It handles repairs to phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, consoles and other devices, with IMEI or serial number, brand and model.
Can I move across from a spreadsheet?
Yes. You start by importing your customers and open repairs; the structure is simple and you keep the history that matters.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start for free, with per-technician pricing once your team grows.
