Data export (CSV and ZIP)
Download a copy of your business data: customers, inventory, suppliers, repairs, devices, services and invoices — separately or all together in a ZIP
Your data is yours. Under Settings → Export data you can download a copy of your business information as CSV files that open in Excel, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet: each type separately, or everything together in a single ZIP file with one CSV per type. Only organisation administrators can export, and it works even if your trial has expired — taking your data with you is never blocked.

One button per data type: customers, parts, suppliers, repairs, devices, services and invoices. Each download is a CSV ready to open in Excel.
Everything in one ZIP
The "Export all" button downloads every type at once and packs them into a single sattotal-export-DATE.zip file, showing per-type progress on screen.
Re-importable
Customers, parts and suppliers are exported in the same format as the import templates: you can re-import them as-is into another Sattotal organisation.
No sensitive data
Signatures, photos, tokens and device passwords are never included in any export.
What each file contains
Re-importable
Customers, parts and suppliers carry the same columns as their import templates (each part's stock comes out as a total, with its main warehouse). The customer code is not exported: a new one is generated automatically on re-import.
What each file contains
Repairs (statuses, dates, technician, estimate and satisfaction), devices (brand, model, serial number and owner), services (catalog with prices) and invoices (headers with amounts, taxes and payment statuses) are read-only copies: they can't be re-imported, but they're perfect for analysis, backups and moving data to other tools.
File format
CSV in UTF-8 with a semicolon separator, designed so Excel opens it correctly right away. Dates in YYYY-MM-DD format, decimals with a comma and statuses as technical values (for example en_espera or pagada), stable in any language. Each export supports up to 100,000 rows per type; if your business exceeds that volume the file is cut off and the app warns you.
Invoices
Invoice exports only appear in countries where the invoicing module exists, and they work even if you have the module turned off: what was already issued can always be exported.
Tip: make periodic backups
Although Sattotal keeps its own backups of your data, exporting a ZIP from time to time gives you a local copy under your control. And if one day you want to move customers, inventory or suppliers to another organisation, export them here and import them there in two clicks.
What the export looks like
Deleting your account and your data
Cancelling a paid plan deletes nothing, and that is deliberate. If you also want everything gone, you can do it yourself: the button is in Settings → Organisation, at the bottom of the page, and only administrators can see it.
Export anything you want to keep first
Once deleted there is no going back and no copy to restore. Download the full ZIP from this page before you ask.
Click “Delete the account” and type your workshop's name
You have to type your workshop's exact name to confirm. That is what separates this from an accidental click, and the server checks it again.
You get 7 days to change your mind
The deletion is not immediate: it is scheduled 7 days out and we email you a link to call it off. Until that day you can cancel it from the same screen. That wait exists because in Sattotal an employee can hold administrator permissions.
The whole team sees it, and only an admin can cancel it
During those 7 days, anyone who opens the workshop sees a permanent notice at the top with the exact deletion date. That way it doesn't depend on whoever requested it telling the others, or on anyone reading the email. Cancelling is limited to admins: everyone else is told who to talk to.
The entire organisation is deleted along with everything under it: repairs, customers, devices, quotes, photos, messages and history. We only keep the invoices Sattotal issued to you for the subscription, because tax law requires us to retain them. If your workshop issued invoices to its own customers, that retention duty is yours: export them before asking for the deletion.
Abandoned accounts are deleted after 6 months
An account nobody signs in to for six months is deleted automatically, along with its data. We email you fifteen days beforehand, and to stop it you only have to sign in once: doing so cancels the deletion by itself. Accounts on an active paid plan are never deleted this way, even if they go unused.
