Repair shops in Abuja

Repair shop software in Abuja

Built for account customers who want everything in writing: approved quotes, audit-ready invoices with your RC number, and signed handovers.

Abuja repairs a different mix. Ministries, agencies and the firms that serve them run laptops and handsets that have to come back working and on paper, with an invoice that stands up to an audit.

Corporate and government customers do not accept a handwritten receipt. They want a quote in writing, an invoice carrying your registration details, and a record of what was authorised and when.

Sattotal produces exactly that paperwork without extra work: a dated approval per job, an invoice carrying your TIN and RC number, and a handover the customer signs.

Phone intakes with IMEI

Every handset booked in with its IMEI, serial, make and model, so two identical devices never get swapped on the bench.

TIN and RC number on every invoice

Section 729(1)(c) of CAMA 2020 requires your registered name and RC number on invoices and receipts, and the CAC began enforcing it in August 2026. Both print automatically.

Written approval before you start

Nigerian law sets no fixed procedure for repair estimates, which is exactly why your own record matters. The customer approves by email and the approval is timestamped.

Three-month return right

Handover paperwork states the s.132(2) right to return work that does not meet standard within three months, so the terms are agreed up front rather than argued later.

Built for Nigeria

VAT at 7.5%, amounts in naira (₦) and your FIRS tax identification number on every document.

Works from a phone

Cloud-based, so when the power goes your job cards do not. Nothing to install, backups included.

Frequently asked questions

Will it work for a repair shop in Abuja?

Yes. Sattotal runs in the browser, so a shop in Abuja can open job cards from the counter, a laptop or a phone with nothing installed.

Does it use Nigerian VAT, not UK VAT?

Yes. Pick Nigeria as your country and everything switches to 7.5% VAT and naira (₦) — not 20% and pounds — with your tax identification number on quotes and invoices.

Does it put my RC number on invoices?

Yes, and it matters more than most shops realise. Section 729(1)(c) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 requires a company to show its registered name and registration number on invoices and receipts, and the Corporate Affairs Commission announced full enforcement, with sanctions, from 1 August 2026. Your RC number is a separate field from your TIN because the two come from different bodies.

What does the FCCPA say about repair work?

Section 130 gives the customer the right to timely, quality work and to have their device returned in at least as good a condition as it came in. Section 132(2) lets them return work that falls short within three months for repair, replacement or refund. Both appear on your handover documents.

Do I have to give a written quote by law?

No. Unlike some countries, Nigeria prescribes no pre-authorisation procedure for repairs. That cuts both ways: without a statutory process behind you, a recorded approval is the only thing that settles a disagreement about what was agreed. Sattotal keeps it dated and attached to the job.

What happens when a customer never collects?

You get reminders and a record of every notice sent. Worth knowing: a Nigerian repairer has a lien over the device and may hold it until that repair is paid for, but may not sell it.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. There is a free plan, and pricing per technician once your team grows.
